Urethane Injection for Foundation Crack Repair

Urethane injection can be utilized for soil stabilization as well as waterproofing. When used for soil stabilization the grout is injected into the soil via a grout rod. A predetermined quantity of grout is pumped on predetermined spacing intervals and depths. The grout mixes and solidifies within the soil matrix creating a stable soil mass.
When used as a water stop, urethane grout will be injected under pressure into a crack, joint or anomaly in a concrete member. Once injected the grout will begin to react with moisture and or water within the crack. As the grout cures it expands and penetrates fully into the crack. This process produces a full depth repair that is flexible and watertight.
